O.
H. Rodseth Company ("Rodseth") has been in the business of
machinery moving and exhibition services in the Chicago metropolitan
area for 70 years. In 1930,
Rodseth was formed by Ole Rodseth in Chicago, Illinois.
Ole's son Richard Rodseth took over the business in 1960 and moved
its operations to an office and warehouse facility in Arlington
Heights, Illinois. In 1979,
Victor Casini, a long-time participant in the machinery moving and exhibition
services industry, purchased the Rodseth business and has been the owner
and operator ever since. In 1998, Mr. Casini moved the company to
its current location -- a 134,000 square foot office and warehouse complex
in Bensenville, Illinois.

Victor
Casini has over 35 years of experience in the machinery moving and
exhibition services industry. He started
as an apprentice in the Machinery Movers, Riggers and Machinery Erectors
Union (Local 136), worked his way up to the positions of Foreman and Chief
Steward of the Union, and ultimately purchased his own business. Since
1973, Mr. Casini has overseen all aspects of running a machinery moving
and exhibition services company. Mr.
Casini continues as a member in good standing of Local 136.
O.
H. Rodseth also has a full complement of supporting employees,
including access to additional members of Local 136 as required per
job, five truck drivers, and two full-time office personnel.
